Chicken Malai Boti Recipe

 This is a very advisory dish.Which is eaten with gusto all over Pakistan.It is often made at weddings and other special


festivals.Everyone tries to make it fun and special with their darkness but today I will tell you my trick and recipe.I hope you all like it and try to make it.So let's move on to our recipe now.

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg chicken
  • 1/2 kg cream
  • 5,6 table spoon of oil
  • 2 table spoon of ginger paste
  • 1 table spoon of garlic paste
  • 2 table spoon of black paper
  • 1 tea spoon of cumin powder
  • 2 tea spoon of lemon juice
  • 4 to 5 green chills

  • Add Salt according to your taste
  • Corriander leaves for garnishing

Recipe:

Add chicken into a bowl.


Add  cream,ginger,garlic paste,cumin powder,salt,lemon juice.

Mix it well and put into the fridge for marination almost 40 minutes.

After 40 mints put 5,6 tablet spoon of oil and make hot on low flame for 2,3 minutes.Now add marinated chicken and add some Black paper and salt.

Put the lid and cooked it for 30 minutes on high flame.

After 30 minutes chicken Malai boti is ready now now garnished with green chilli and some corriander leaves.
